1. Cancellation by Customer
- You may be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
- Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the service date may not be eligible for a refund.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless we fail to provide the agreed-upon service.
2. Service Issues
- If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative service.
3. No-Show Policy
- No refund will be issued if the customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within one business day and credited to the original payment method.
