Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best bus-hiring services to our customers. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • You may be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
  • Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the service date may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable unless we fail to provide the agreed-upon service.

2. Service Issues

  • If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative service.

3. No-Show Policy

  • No refund will be issued if the customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location without prior notice.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within one business day and credited to the original payment method.
